My Contributions to Camino

I was a leading contributor to the open source project hosted at Mozilla.org. While no longer active, Camino was extremely viable at the time and is among the work I'm most proud of.

Our project operated with strict standards for code review, source control, bug reporting, and performance testing.

Note: I've used this page when interviewing for jobs in the past, so it's aimed to provide some examples of the code I wrote.

Here are just a few patches I submitted:

• Smoothly-animated, drag-and-drop tab reordering
  (I was initially a code reviewer on this bug.)
• Class cluster for parsing search engine plugins, OpenSearch support
• Anti-Phishing Protection (heavy integration with Gecko)
• A "search engine editor" for our built-in toolbar search field
• Reusable class for drag destination toolbar buttons
• Word learning/ignoring support for our browser's inline spell checking
• Prevent bookmarking of unsafe URLs
• Visual appearance of the popup blocker (drawn in Core Graphics)
• International language support for web content
